Requires heater core replacement, system flush, and fresh coolant. Cust advised, repair approved.
Offload refrigerant from a/c system, disassemble dashboard and components as needed. Remove heater core case, replace heater core assy. Reassemble, and flush cooling system twice to remove all possible debris/corrosion, and refill with fresh coolant. Recharge ac system, clear trouble code, and road test vehicle upon completion.

Inspection found inverter water pump NOT leaking, it is actually the engine water pump that is leaking, thus causing overheat condition. Confirmed other work needed, customer advised, repairs approved, performed as noted below.
R&R accessories/components as needed, replace water pump assy, reassemble, refill cooling system, renew coolant reservoir cap, and road test upon completion.
Remove windshiel wipers, wiper tray and components as needed to access valve cover and spark plugs. Remove valve cover assy, clean all sealing surfaces, renew valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals. Clean out spark plug tubes of oil, and renew spark plugs. Reassemble, and road test upon completion.
