Drain cooling system, and purge system with water, refill with specified coolant, ck cooling system operation, inspect for leaks, and road test upon completion.
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Evacuate brake master cylinder of dirty fluid, claen, and refill, and bleed calipers and/or wheel cylinders until fluid is clean.
Remove accessories/components as needed, remove intake plenum, remove ignition coils. Renew spark plugs, torque to mgfr specs, reassemble, and road test upon completion.

Perform fuel induction system service. Clean throttle body, perform chemical cleaning of throttle body, and upper intake manifold, EGR ports, etc. Add fuel addative to fuel tank. Note: Recommend filling fuel tank to allow proper disbursement of fuel addative.
All fluids in excellent condition, no services recommended other than spark plugs and fuel induction system service.

Perform smoke check of intake system, fund split hose assy for purge valve to intake manifold causing major vacuum leak. Customer advised, repair approved. Renew faulty vacuum line assy, clear trouble codes, and road test upon completion. No recurring codes at this time. Note: Vehicle will need to be driven a few days before smog inspection can be performed.

Due to intermittent tachometer operation, monitored ignition system components, found likely faulty crankshaft position sensor. Wave pattern is not to specs. Replace crank sensor and monitor data, now has correct wave form pattern. Road tested vehicle 27 miles, was not able to duplicate condition. Parts and labor fee waived, Merry Christmas!
