Monitor for possible misfire condition, no misfiring encountered. Inspect transmission fluid level and condition, and road tested again while monitoring transmission data. Vehicle is experiencing transmission issue, data suggests poss torque converter issue. Recommend returning vehicle to selling dealer for poss return/repair.
- 1) Transmission issue, should have been addressed before being sold by dealership 2) Oil Life percentage remaining was showing 0 % , Engine oil was filthy. Service approved by customer, performed as noted below. 3) Rear Differential leaking, Technical Service Bulletins noted 4) Rear Shocks seeping 5) Some suspension components badly rusted due to vehicle coming from East Coast snow/salt conditions.
- Change oil and oil filter. Perform overall safety inspection. Check all fluid levels, air filter, belts, hoses, etc. Inspect brake linings and check/adjust tire pressures as needed. Inspect exterior lamps/lighting. Reset service reminder indicator (if equipped) .

2006 Toyota Tundra

- Remove both front suspension strut assemblies, disassemble, and install new strut cartridge assy, reassemble strut/coil spring, install 1" lift adapters to tops of strut assemble, and reinstall coil spring/strut assy. **Recommend obtaining front end alignment to insure proper tire wear.
- Replace rear shocks
- Change oil and oil filter. Perform overall safety inspection. Check all fluid levels, air filter, belts, hoses, etc. Inspect brake linings and check/adjust tire pressures as needed. Inspect exterior lamps/lighting. Reset service reminder indicator (if equipped) .

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan

- Found no oil leaks, but did find coolant dripping from radiator tank at left front corner, requires radiator replacement. Also noticed forward engine mount is faulty. Customer advised, repairs approved and performed as noted below.
- Remove front bumper cover assy and components/accessories as needed, replace faulty radiator assy, reassemble, and refill with fresh engine coolant. Road test upon completion and reinspect, no further leakage noted.

Utilized electronic ears device to connect to chassis and suspension. Confirmed left front suspension strut mount is causing noise. Cust advised, opted to replace both front struts and mounts. Repair approved, performed as noted below.
- Remove components as needed, remove both front suspension strut/coil spring assys. Disassemble to renew strut mount and strut. Renew front struts and mounts, reassemble and road test upon completion, no further noise encountered. NOTE** Vehicle needs front end alignment, customer will take vehicle for alignment service.

2009 Ford Pickup

Ran vehicle while on hoist, unable to duplicate condition while in the air. Inspect transmission fluid, is full and clean. Inspect transfer case fluid, is very dirty and burnt, has metallic glitter in fluid, no chunks of metal noted. Drain and refill transfer case. Connect electronic listening equipment to chassis and drivetrain components, was able to determine noise is coming from transfer case/transmission/tailshaft area. Scan computer for trouble codes, has codes present as follows: B1421- Solar Sensor Circuit, Passenger Side B1424- Solar Sensor Circuit, Drivers Side Vehicle equipped with electronic climate control system, may have issue or short in control system as well as mechanical issue in system, cust referred to dealer for inspection.
- Perform visual inspection of all camber/toe eccentric adjusters, appears all have been changed dramatically, left side camber adjuster is not positioned in place properly, is overlapping lip of control arm. Needs to see reputable alignment shop for service, all adjusters and bolts appear to be in functioning condition.
