Customer will obtain tires, fan belt replacement approved, performed as noted below. Recommend transmission fluid exchange if not previously performed. Other services are not needed at this time, brake fluid and engine coolant are in good condition, front and rear shocks/struts are original but are not leaking. Spark plugs appear to be new, valve adjustment not needed.

- Remove serpentine drive belts to inspect, noise still present, is coming from behind timing cover assy. Remove timing covers for inspection, found timing belt idler pulley is noisy. Remove timing belt and components as necessary, renew idler pulley and hydraulic tensioner assy. Reassemble and retest, no further noise encountered.
- Remove accessories and components as needed, remove faulty power steering rack assy, transfer parts as needed to new rack assy, reassemble and refill system with fresh fluid. Perform sublet front end alignment upon completion.
- Align front end
- Replace rear brake linings and rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle upon completion
