Road test vehicle with computer to monitor fuel trim, transmission and misfire monitors/data, found engine has multiple random misfires occurring. Inspect ignition components, recommend engine tune up with ignition wires. Cust advised, repair approved, performed as noted below. Diagnostic fees of $200.00 waived
- Replace spark plugs, adjust gap, install and torque to specs. Renew ignition wire set. Road test upon completion, no further misfiring issue encountered.
- Both heater hoses were leaking at heater core assy. Renew both heater hoses complete with connectors to heater core. Refill cooling system upon completion, and road test vehicle.

Resecure cap, retest system, clear trouble codes and road test vehicle upon completion. No recurring codes at this time.
- Inspect brake linings, no services needed, front and rear linings are in good condition (approx 70% remaining). Did notice during course of test drive that there is a brake shimmy upon brake application caused by warped rotors. Is not a safety issue, and can be remedied by resurfacing front brake rotors Customer advised, will reschedule for a later time.
