- Remove Intake Manifold Plenum and accessories / components as needed. Remove both valve covers. Clean valve covers and all sealing surfaces, renew calve cover gaskets and spark plug tube seals, etc as provided in gasket set. Reassemble and check for leaks, road test upon completion.

Perform system pressure test and inspect for leaks, no coolant leaks noted at this time. Road test vehicle extensively (27 miles) and reinspect coolant, still no signs of oil contamination. Perform system chemical block test to test for possible blown head gasket or signs of carbon monoxide in cooling system, test results negative. No evidence at this time of any mechanical issues related to dealership findings.
- Perform general inspection, no major issues noted. Recommend getting front end alignment, front tires are worn on inside edge (customer replaced control arms) Stabilizer bar end links needed soon. does not pose a safety issue
