Scan computer for trouble codes, has code P0455 present (EVAP System, Gross Leak Detected), is not related to overheat condition. Needs EVAP System purge valve, tests faulty. Test cooling system, determined faulty thermostat assy, also has coolant leaking from radiator hose, needs thermostat and hose clamp at radiator hose assy. Customer provided estimates for both repairs. Repairs approved, performed as noted below. Diagnostic fee of $200.00 waived, no charge for diagnosis.
Replace thermostat assy w/housing, replace clamp at upper hose to thermostat housing. Reassemble and refill with fresh coolant, bleed system and road test upon completion. No further overheat condition encountered.
Replace faulty EVAP purge valve assy (at engine compartment). Clear trouble code upon completion and road test vehicle. No recurring trouble code or check engine lamp at this time.

Scan computer for trouble codes, gas codes P0302 and P0305 present (Cyl 2 and 5 misfires detected). Inspect ignition/fuel system components. Found compression leaking by fuel injector at cylinder 2, also found intake plenum loose, possible cause of cyl 5 misfire. Remove intake plenum, replace cylinder 2 fuel injector assy, and reassemble. Clear codes, and road test vehicle. No further "ticking" sound, no recurring codes at this time.

Scan computer for trouble codes, has code P0128 present (Thermostat below regulating temperature). Test both coolant temp sensors, both functioning and testing normal. Needs thermostat replacement. Cust advised, repair approved. Renew thermostat assy w/housing, reassemble and refill cooling system, clear trouble code, and road test upon completion. No further issues encountered, no recurring code at this time.
Road test vehicle, confirmed noise/condition. Found faulty right front wheel bearing / hub assy, requires replacement. Customer advised, repair approved.
Remove front right wheel, brake caliper and rotor, disassemble as needed, replace RF Wheel Brg / Hub Assy, and reassemble. Road test upon completion.
Perform general inspection, found vehicle needs transmission fluid service (fluid is black), also has a leak at transfer case output shaft seal. Also recommend transfer case fluid service. Vehicle also needs engine tune up (due at 100,000 miles). All repairs approved except for engine tune-up, cust will perform at a later time. Other repairs performed as noted below.
Purge transmission fluid from system, replace with factory specified fluid, and road test upon completion
Remove front driveshaft assy, replace transfer case output shaft seal for front driveshaft. Reassemble, and perform transfer case fluid service. Drain transfer case, refill with mfgr specified fluid.
