Test Fuel Pressure Sensor, determined faulty. Replace semnsor assy, clear trouble code, and road test vehicle. No recurring problems at this time, no recurring codes.
Test charging and starting circuits, determined faulty alternator. Requires replacement. Cust advised, repair approved. Remove accessories/components as needed, replace alternator assy. Reassemble and retest system, now functioning properly

Scan computer for trouble codes, vehicle has no codes in current or history modes. Road tested vehicle to confirm/verify condition. Road tested vehicle, confirmed condition, similar to running over highway warning rumble strips. Is definite transmission related shudder common with this model/year vehicle. Performed transmission fluid exchange (fluid was very dirty/black). Added Lubegard (PN# 19680) Shudder Fix Addative and road test upon completion. No further shuddering encountered. This may be temporary resolve, customer advised he should monitor for any recurring condition.

Inspect brake linings and rotors, found front pads appear to have been replaced recently but rotors are grooved and glazed. Rear brake linings have approx 60% remaining, but rotors are also glazed. Recommend resurfacing front and rear brake rotors. Customer advised, repair approved. Performed as noted below.

Remove RF brake components as needed, remove wheel, brake caliper, wheel bearings and rotor assy. Remove heat shield (bolts were sheared off in steering knuckle) reassemble, repack wheel bearings and road test upon completion.
Replace rear brake linings and rear brake disc rotors (rotors at minimum thickness, could not be resurfaced). Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle upon completion
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Evacuate brake master cylinder of dirty fluid, claen, and refill, and bleed calipers and/or wheel cylinders until fluid is clean.

R&R upper intake manifold assy to access/replace spark plugs. Remove old spark plugs, gap and install new spark plugs, torque to mgfr specs, and reassemble. Road test vehicle upon completion.
Drain cooling system, refill with factory Motorcraft engine coolant. Road test and reinspect/top off coolant level.
Drain transmission fluid from system, replace with factory specified fluid, and road test upon completion
