    • Replace broken heater hose connector to heater core at right-most side
    • Visual inspection found leaks at schraeder valves. Offload system, no refrigerant recovered, system is empty. Replace leaking schraeder valves, perform system pressure/leak test, passes test. Recharge system, add flouro dye to system, and check system operation. Now operating correctly. No leaks noted at this time.

    • Scan computer for trouble codes, confirmed cylinder 5 misfire code P0305 present. Test ignition coil at cyl 5, determined faulty. Replace ignition coil and spark plug at cylinder 5. Clear code and road test upon completion. No further issue encountered, no recurring trouble codes.

    • Battery completely dead upon tow in. Perform battery charge service and test charging and starting circuits. Battery tests marginal. Load test battery, fails load test also, drops to 6V. Test Alternator Assy, it has internal issue, is not charging system properly, needs replacement. Replace alternator assy, and battery, and retest system. Ck for parasitic draws, let vehicle sit a few days, no issues noted. ** Customer wants old battery back to return to Costco**

    • Inspect system for leaks (had dye in system), found condensor assy has leaks at seams. Customer advised, provided estimate, repairs approved.
    • Remove bumper cover and components as needed, replace faulty a/c condensor assy. Reassemble, and perform system recharge as noted below.
    • Offload system of any refrigerant (if any in system) performed repairs as noted above, and then performed system pressure/vacuum leak test. System passes leak test. Recharge system, add flouro dye and refrigerant as needed.
    • No issues noted, vehicle appears to be in very good condition, no service issues noted.

    • Found positive battery cable loose, tightened cable, and test charging system. All components operating normally at this time.
    • Scan computer for trouble codes, No engine or transmission codes present. Had multiple codes for body control components and radio related issues. Most codes were communication codes and in "History" mode, meaning no current malfunctions. Radio issues could be cause of power drain. No current issues noted.
    • Perform general inspection for trip, customer taking vehicle to the Sierra's.
