Scan computer for trouble codes, has codes P0301, P0171, and P0174 present. Monitor fuel trim data, all components operating correctly, within specs. Vehicle needs spark plug replacement, was due at 100,000 miles, has OEM plugs still installed. Recommend replacement first. Customer advised this is a spark plug style that commonly beaks in cylinder head upon extraction, and may require extra labor to remove broken spark plug tips. Also advised of possibility of metal electrode tip falling into cylinder. Repairs approved, performed as noted below.
Remove old spark plugs, 2 spark plugs broke off upon removal, requiring extraction of electrode tip / lower half of spark plug. Install new spark plugs and torque to specs. Clear trouble codes and road tested vehicle upon completion. No further misfiring, no recurring trouble codes at this time.

Scan computer for trouble codes, found codes present as follows: P0012-00 "A" Camshaft Position Timing – Over Retarded (Bank 1) P0022-00 "A" Camshaft Position Timing – Over Retarded (Bank 2) Inspect engine oil level. System is full. Test engine oil pressure at idle at normal operating temperature (hot), is above minimum reqd spec of 25 psi with 30 psi. Test camshaft actuators, both seem to be functioning normally. Changed engine oil and filter, installed factory Motorcraft oil filter. Cleared trouble codes and road tested vehicle. No recurring codes or conditions at this time. Recommend monitoring for check engine lamp or rough run condition, and returning for reinspection if problem reoccurs.

Drain coolant, remove accessories and components as needed to remove old radiator. Install new Mishimoto HD Aluminum Radiator assy. Reassemble, renew upper and lower radiator hoses and refill with coolant upon completion. Ck system operation, and road test upon completion.
Replace rear brake linings. Replace rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle upon completion

Reconnect battery and test no start condition. Ctarter has adequate power supply, but is getting no start signal to solenoid from ignition system. Can manually activate starter, have determined starter is not faulty. Trace starter solenoid signal wire system to locate open / short in system. All wiring is intact, found faulty ignition switch assy at steering column. Replace ignition switch assy, and retest system, now operating correctly. Also resecured battery cables (were loose/disconnected on tow in)
