    • Brakes F 50% R- 50% Tires are at 5/32" (all 4) Struts/shocks seeping, other services as noted under rec svc still present, vehicle is due for 100K service. Recommend customer sell vehicle as is, rather than invest a significant amount into vehicle at this time. No charge for inspection.

    • Remove drive axles, brake and suspension components as needed, remove transmission assy. Replace clutch components as supplied in clutch kit (Clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing). Renew flywheel assy, reassemble, replace bad LF drive axle while disassembled (no extra labor fee). Road test upon completion.
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – Normally Aspirated
    • Perform fuel induction system service. Clean throttle body, perform chemical cleaning of throttle body, and upper intake manifold, EGR ports, etc. Add fuel addative to fuel tank. Note: Recommend filling fuel tank to allow proper disbursement of fuel addative.
    • Change oil and oil filter. Perform overall safety inspection. Check all fluid levels, air filter, belts, hoses, etc. Inspect brake linings and check/adjust tire pressures as needed. Inspect exterior lamps/lighting. Reset service reminder indicator (if equipped) .

    • Confirmed poor run condition. Scan computer for trouble codes, has codes present as follows: P0107- MAP Sensor, Signal Low P0131- 02 Signal Low, B1S1 P0171- Fuel System Too Lean, Bank 1 P1106- MAP Sensor Circuit Intermittent High P1107- MAP Sensor Circuit Intermittent Low P1811- Maximum Adapt And Long Shift Found multiple vacuum leaks at PCV tubes/hoses and faulty MAP Sensor. Need to replace before system can be tested further. Customer advised, repairs approved. Renew faulty PCV tubes/hoses/connectors at front and rear valve covers, replace faulty MAP Sensor assy. Clear trouble codes and road test vehicle. No further poor run condition encountered, no recurring codes or check engine lamp.

    • Replace engine mounts as noted below. Transmission Mount is fine, no service needed.
    • R&R components and accessories as necessary. Replace left and right engine mounts and reassemble .
    • Scan computer for any trouble codes, has no codes present in current or history modes. Performed general inspection, vehicle appears to be in overall very good mechanical condition, no service needs at this time. Did notice 1 broken exhaust manifold bolt at rear of left (drivers side) exhaust manifold, but no current exhaust leak noted. Also noticed damp transmission cooler lone, but not currently leaking.

    • Perform visual inspection, slight seepage noted at compressor, but all other components look ok. Evacuate refrigerant from system, recovered .35 lbs, system capacity is 1.0 lbs. Perform system vacuum/leak test, passes test. Recharge system, add refrigerant and flouro-dye to system and reinspect for leaks. Replace a/c clutch relay (was working sporadically) System now blowing cold continuously. Return for reinspection if system stops blowing cold again.
