    • pressure tested cooling system, found no active leaks, noticed radiator cap that was previously installed not sealing properly, warrantied cap and topped off cooling system, road tested vehicle and confirmed no leaks afterwards, vehicle has no more coolant leaks. no charge, warranty job.

    Services Performed
    • Scan computer for trouble codes, has codes present as follows: P0496- EVAP System, Flow During Non-Purge P0502- Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit, Low Voltage P0522- Engine Oil Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Customer advised, diagnosis fee approved to check issues separately. Customer contacted with revised estimate. Repairs approved, performed as noted below.
    • Drain transmission fluid, replace with fluid supplied by customer.
    • Test system, found no vacuum to servos for climate control. Perform system smoke test, found 2 vacuum lines at rear of intake manifold that had been chewed through by a rodent. Replace lines, test system, now functioning properly.
    • Test circuit, reinstall LED style fog lamp bulbs that were installed in reverse, lights now function.
    • Test system, found open in circuit, trace wiring harness, found severed wire for speed sensor at transmission cross member area. Repair wiring, speedometer now operating
    • Inspect undercarriage and components, no issues noted for engine and differential cradles. Has worn bushings on front lower control arms.
    • DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace
    • Replace faulty purge valve at engine compartment. Clear code and road test upon completion, no recurring codes at this time.
    • Replace oil pressure switch
