Scan computer for trouble codes, gas codes P0302 and P0305 present (Cyl 2 and 5 misfires detected). Inspect ignition/fuel system components. Found compression leaking by fuel injector at cylinder 2, also found intake plenum loose, possible cause of cyl 5 misfire. Remove intake plenum, replace cylinder 2 fuel injector assy, and reassemble. Clear codes, and road test vehicle. No further "ticking" sound, no recurring codes at this time.
Change oil and oil filter. Perform overall safety inspection. Check all fluid levels, air filter, belts, hoses, etc. Inspect brake linings and check/adjust tire pressures as needed. Inspect exterior lamps/lighting. Reset service reminder indicator (if equipped) .
Purge transmission fluid from system, replace with factory specified fluid, and road test upon completion

Scan computer for trouble codes, has code P0128 present (Thermostat below regulating temperature). Test both coolant temp sensors, both functioning and testing normal. Needs thermostat replacement. Cust advised, repair approved. Renew thermostat assy w/housing, reassemble and refill cooling system, clear trouble code, and road test upon completion. No further issues encountered, no recurring code at this time.
Road test vehicle, confirmed noise/condition. Found faulty right front wheel bearing / hub assy, requires replacement. Customer advised, repair approved.
Remove front right wheel, brake caliper and rotor, disassemble as needed, replace RF Wheel Brg / Hub Assy, and reassemble. Road test upon completion.
Perform general inspection, found vehicle needs transmission fluid service (fluid is black), also has a leak at transfer case output shaft seal. Also recommend transfer case fluid service. Vehicle also needs engine tune up (due at 100,000 miles). All repairs approved except for engine tune-up, cust will perform at a later time. Other repairs performed as noted below.
Purge transmission fluid from system, replace with factory specified fluid, and road test upon completion
Remove front driveshaft assy, replace transfer case output shaft seal for front driveshaft. Reassemble, and perform transfer case fluid service. Drain transfer case, refill with mfgr specified fluid.

Road tested vehicle, unable to duplicate squealing noise. Inspect brake linings, Front brakes have approx 60% remaining, rear brakes have approx 25% remaining, recommend service now. Cust advised, rear brake work approved, performed as noted below.
Scan computer for trouble codes, has no codes present in current or history modes. Road tested vehicle, no issues encountered. Return for inspection if Check Engine lamp comes on again. No charge for inspection.
Spark plugs not due for replacement until 100,000 miles. No misfires noted while monitoring with computer, but did notice carbon buildup in throttle body/intake. Recommend performing fuel induction system service to help with issue. Customer advised, repair approved. , performed as noted below.
Replace rear brake linings. Resurface rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle upon completion
Perform fuel induction system service. Clean throttle body, perform chemical cleaning of throttle body, and upper intake manifold, EGR ports, etc. Add fuel addative to fuel tank. Note: Recommend filling fuel tank to allow proper disbursement of fuel addative.

Inspect brake squeal, cust put front pads on but rotors were not resurfaced. Resurface brake rotors if needed
Remove front brake hub and rotor assy, separate rotors from hub and attempt to resurface. Unable to resurface rotors due to excessive rusting. Replace both front rotors, reassemble and road test.
Remove rear brake components as needed, replace both rear wheel cylinders, clean all brake hardware, and reassemble. Bleed brake system and adjust rear brakes. Road test upon completion.
Needs spark pl;ug replacement. Cust advised, repair approved.
Replace spark plugs, set gap and torque to mgfr specs.
