- Inspect coolant and oil loss, found oil cooler under intake manifold has failed, leaking oil and coolant out back of engine, requires replacement. Customer advised, repairs approved.
- Remove accessories and components as needed, remove intake manifold assy. Remove faulty engine oil cooler assy. Clean intake valley area, and install new oil cooler assy. Reassemble, flush cooling system with chemical flush due to oil intrusion into cooling system, Remove reservoir after system flush and clean reservoir. Refill system with fresh coolant. Top off engine oil level, and road test upon completion. Reinspect coolant level and condition after test drive, no further issues noted.
