- Inspect Brakes (advised rear brakes needed) Ck Spark Plugs Ck Timing Cover for leakage Ck Drive Belt Tension Ck tire wear Confirmed issues as noted above, repair estimate provided to customer. Repairs approved, performed as noted below.
- Remove valve cover assy, R&R accessories and components as needed, and remove timing cover assy. Clean all sealing surfaces, reseal and reinstall timing cover assy. Reassemble, renewing fan belts and belt tensioner assy. Replace valve cover gasket and reinstall valve cover. Renew spark plugs and reinstall ignition coils. Inspect engine oil level, and road test upon completion. Reinspect for leaks after road testing vehicle. No leaks noted.
- Replace rear brake linings and rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle upon completion
