Services Performed
- Unable to duplicate noise. Inspect serpentine fan belt and components, fan belt is original, has notable wear, likely cause of issue. Recommend replacement. Customer advised, repair approved.
- Perform general inspection, safety inspection. Check all fluid levels, air filter, belts, hoses, etc. Inspect brake linings and check/adjust tire pressures as needed. Inspect exterior lamps/lighting. Customer advised of needed services, Performed fluid services as noted below. No labor fee fore inspection.
- Inspected spark plugs, confirmed original factory plugs, recommend replacement. Customer advised, repair approved, performed as noted below.
- R&R upper intake manifold assy to access/replace spark plugs. Remove old spark plugs, gap and install new spark plugs, torque to mgfr specs, and reassemble. Road test vehicle upon completion.
- Drain cooling system, refill with factory Motorcraft engine coolant. Road test and reinspect/top off coolant level.
- Drain transmission fluid from system, replace with factory specified fluid, and road test upon completion
- SERPENTINE DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – V6,Normally Aspirated – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Evacuate brake master cylinder of dirty fluid, claen, and refill, and bleed calipers and/or wheel cylinders until fluid is clean.
