- Perform visual inspection, slight seepage noted at compressor, but all other components look ok. Evacuate refrigerant from system, recovered .35 lbs, system capacity is 1.0 lbs. Perform system vacuum/leak test, passes test. Recharge system, add refrigerant and flouro-dye to system and reinspect for leaks. Replace a/c clutch relay (was working sporadically) System now blowing cold continuously. Return for reinspection if system stops blowing cold again.
