- R&R accessories/components as needed, replace water pump assy, reassemble, refill cooling system, renew coolant reservoir cap, and road test upon completion.
- Remove windshiel wipers, wiper tray and components as needed to access valve cover and spark plugs. Remove valve cover assy, clean all sealing surfaces, renew valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals. Clean out spark plug tubes of oil, and renew spark plugs. Reassemble, and road test upon completion.

- Scan computer for trouble codes, has no codes present in current or history modes. Road tested vehicle, no issues encountered. Return for inspection if Check Engine lamp comes on again. No charge for inspection.
- Spark plugs not due for replacement until 100,000 miles. No misfires noted while monitoring with computer, but did notice carbon buildup in throttle body/intake. Recommend performing fuel induction system service to help with issue. Customer advised, repair approved. , performed as noted below.
- Replace rear brake linings. Resurface rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle upon completion
- Perform fuel induction system service. Clean throttle body, perform chemical cleaning of throttle body, and upper intake manifold, EGR ports, etc. Add fuel addative to fuel tank. Note: Recommend filling fuel tank to allow proper disbursement of fuel addative.
