Test both coolant temp sensors, both functioning and testing normal. Needs thermostat replacement. Cust advised, repair approved. Renew thermostat assy w/housing, reassemble and refill cooling system, clear trouble code, and road test upon completion. No further issues encountered, no recurring code at this time.
- Road test vehicle, confirmed noise/condition. Found faulty right front wheel bearing / hub assy, requires replacement. Customer advised, repair approved.
- Remove front right wheel, brake caliper and rotor, disassemble as needed, replace RF Wheel Brg / Hub Assy, and reassemble. Road test upon completion.
- Perform general inspection, found vehicle needs transmission fluid service (fluid is black), also has a leak at transfer case output shaft seal. Also recommend transfer case fluid service. Vehicle also needs engine tune up (due at 100,000 miles). All repairs approved except for engine tune-up, cust will perform at a later time. Other repairs performed as noted below.
- Purge transmission fluid from system, replace with factory specified fluid, and road test upon completion
- Remove front driveshaft assy, replace transfer case output shaft seal for front driveshaft. Reassemble, and perform transfer case fluid service. Drain transfer case, refill with mfgr specified fluid.

2006 Pontiac GTO

- Offload refrigerant from a/c system, disassemble dashboard and components as needed. Remove heater core case, replace heater core assy. Reassemble, and flush cooling system twice to remove all possible debris/corrosion, and refill with fresh coolant. Recharge ac system, clear trouble code, and road test vehicle upon completion.
