- Scan computer for trouble codes, no codes present at this time. Road test vehicle with computer to monitor fuel trim, transmission and misfire monitors/data, found engine has multiple random misfires occurring. Inspect ignition components, recommend engine tune up with ignition wires. Cust advised, repair approved, performed as noted below. Diagnostic fees of $200.00 waived
- Replace spark plugs, adjust gap, install and torque to specs. Renew ignition wire set. Road test upon completion, no further misfiring issue encountered.
- Both heater hoses were leaking at heater core assy. Renew both heater hoses complete with connectors to heater core. Refill cooling system upon completion, and road test vehicle.
