- Started vehicle on multiple occasions, unable to duplicate or verify condition. No smoke noted.
- Remove accessories and components as needed, remove timing cover assy, remove timing belt and components, remove water pump assy. Clean sealing surfaces, renew water pump assy, timing belt, hydraulic tensioner assy, idler pulley and tensioner pulley. Reassemble, refill colling system with fresh coolant, and road test upon completion.
