- Scan computer before performing requested repairs, has trouble codes present as follows: P0603- Internal Control Module Performance P0611- Fuel Injection Control Module Performance P0671- Cylinder 1 Glow Plug Circuit P0677- Cylinder 7 Glow Plug Circuit
- Remove front wheel well liners, remove glow plug buss-bars, renew spark plugs and buss bars/harnesses, and reassemble. Clear trouble codes from computer, road test upon completion. No recurring glow plug related issues, no other codes present after road testing vehicle.
- Unable to determine source of issue, alarm is a aftermarket alarm, may be wired into factory alarm system, has code present for Passive Anti Theft System Communication, may be related. May need to see Ford dealer or Alarm Repair Shop for service
- Remove components and accessories as needed, replace faulty alternator assy, renew serpentine fan belt, and reassemble. Retest charging system, alternator now working properly.
